M. Nazmul Haq is Professor of Education in the Institute of Education and Research (IER), University of Dhaka . He is serving the University for last 23 years. Before joining University he served in the Ministry of Education as Research Officer for 10 years. Besides his regular teaching he worked as consultant and team leader in various research projects under UN bodies, international NGOs and national organizations. He worked as members of various national committees related to curriculum, research and materials development. His current interest ranges among research and development processes of education, early childhood and adolescent development, non-formal and formal education, teacher training and special education. Mohammad Tariq Ahsan is working with the Institute of Education and Research (IER) at the University of Dhaka as Assistant Professor. He did his Bachelors and Masters degree in Education from IER. Then as an ADS scholar of the Australian Government, he did another Masters in Special Education from the Flinders University, Australia in 2004-05. In 2008, Tariq achieved Australian Government's prestigious Australian Leadership Awards (ALA) and now doing his Ph.D at Monash University , Melbourne , Australia . His specialization area is Inclusive education, Special Education, Hearing impairments, Disability studies, Alternative Communication and Teacher preparation. Tariq did a number of research on disability, education, special education and inclusive education issues and published about 20 papers in different national and international journals. He was also involved in Sign Supported Bangla Language Development process in Bangladesh and worked with UNESCO for developing Teachers' Training Toolkit for the Asia Pacific Region

Begum Nilufar is a Faculty of Teacher Training in the Bangladesh University since 2001. She did her Masters Degrees in Economics and Education. After doing her university education she started her carrier as teacher in a reputed schools and University in Dhaka . She had been a successful teacher for last 20 years and earned a great deal of experience on children's education and development. She received training on school based assessment from Australia Ms. Nilufare also works as consultant (gender specialist) for UNFPA. She has some publication related to gender, education and child development

Ratan Siddique is an Associate Professor of Bangla and now is deputed to Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education, Ministry of Education. He did his Masters and M. Phil. from Rajshahi University and currently a fellow of Ph. D. under the University Grants Commission. Prof. Ratan Siddiqui has been teaching for last 20 years. He is a prolific writer and published about 20 books, dramas and innumerable articles. Besides his teaching and research activities he also works as columnist in reputed national news papers. He is a popular orator of aesthetics, Bangla language and litterateur.

Sultana Kaniz Fatema completed her Masters Degree in English literature from Dhaka University , Bangladesh . After doing her Masters she started her carrier as a teacher in English medium school. During the last 13 years she has been teaching in several international schools of in Dhaka as lead teacher. She also worked as IELTS instructor in various professional language institutes. Currently she is doing her M. Ed. in Environmental Education in Kathmandu University in Nepal with NOMA scholarship.
