Teacher Development Institute ( TDI ) is a private initiative to develop and support privately managed schools, individual teachers, trainers of different NGOs and interested parents for promoting quality education. Individuals who are considering becoming teachers for elementary or secondary schools or efficient trainers of child health & development related NGOs may also get assistance from this Institute by way of training and seeking jobs. Working teachers, interested parents and NGO-trainers desiring further improvement of their teaching skills through refreshers training and crash programme will also be supported. TDI will also provide long term certificate and Diploma courses on various teaching related subjects.
It has professionally competent consultant in education and research, and has an advisory board to provide general advice on programs, markets, resources and related issues and to provide “quality assurance” for individuals and institutions. Professionally trained instructors along with external resource persons from reputed universities and colleges will be hired for providing training and professional support.
